4. Does your company offer a guarantee on certain product or service? Use that as your advantage when talking to the customer. Tell the customer how the guarantee benefits the customer and also mention any service plans.
5. Do you have any good comments received from customers regarding a service or product? Excellent customer service also counts as a good comment. Make sure that the customer is aware of customers being happy with a service or product. Perhaps you can have a brochure with a copy of the comments on there next to a certain product or service that has received positive feedback.
6. What makes your company unique from your competitors? Tell the customers why the company is more unique than the others. If the company has a goal to provide excellent customer service and strives to make sure that every customer is happy then tell the customer. Perhaps your company does get a better brand of a certain product instead of a cheaper brand of the same product. Tell the customer why the company does carry the better brand of product.
7. Your company can offer a coupon with a small percentage discount to people. Most people love to clip coupons to find the best deal in the local area for a certain product or service.
8. Your company can even offer an extra discount to people who pay for the product or service with cash instead of a credit card. This will enable your company to get paid more frequently by offering a discount when people pay.
9. Does your company offer a variety of products in different colors? Customers love to find the perfect color that they are looking for in regards to a certain product. Products being available in a variety of different colors does make a difference in sales.
10. Make sure your company does offer a credit account to customers. This will help them be more eager to purchase more products. Offer a discount when they use their credit account since they will probably spend more money on products or service.
