Local artists may be interested in finding a place to publish their art in the Worcester, Massachusetts area. While they can publish their own blogs, or post on any number of art web sites, it may not be so obvious that local print publications are always on the look out for new and fresh art.
Typically, print publications do not have many artists on staff, and if they do, they are primarily graphic artists. These publications are seeking to attract readers with colorful and interesting art, and to cover news and arts at a local level.
Artists can promote their artwork, their artist web site, and/or an upcoming gallery show.
By having their art published, an artist can also attract a greater following, and potentially, commercial interest.
