The Philadelphia Phillies have been holding Spring Training in Clearwater, Florida, since 1947. Since 2004, the Fightin’ Phils have practiced and played their Spring Training exhibition games at Bright House Networks Field. The Philadelphia Phillies 2007 Spring Training schedule starts at home on Wednesday, February 28th, against Florida State University. The New York Yankees come to town on Sunday, March 4th for a day game. The Phillies host the Boston Red Sox on Friday, March 9th. The American League Champion Detroit Tigers visit Clearwater on Sunday, March 11th. The Yankees are back on March 17th, and the Red Sox return on March 22nd.
