Ozone Park is a neighborhood in the south west corner of Queens, with the Belt Parkway right at the south end. Cross Bay Boulevard is the main road with shopping on Liberty Avenue and Cross Bay Boulevard. It is a short drive on the Belt Parkway/Southern State parkway system to the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream Nassau County. The A train runs along Liberty Avenue and it connects with other Manhattan bound trains at Broadway Junction in Brooklyn.
Ozone Park, Queens, is the home of Aqueduct Raceway and there are two small playgrounds operated by the Parks Department.
Ozone Park Queens is a neighborhood of tree lined streets with mostly one and two family homes. AS for the real estate, the two family homes are both those constructed as two families and converted one family homes. Most of the co ops are in what used to be two family homes, with some in small apartment buildings.
