Who will become a Doctor’s wife? I will answer this question for you, and I will also give my views on the Doctor’s choice. Join me now as I discuss The Bachelor in Paris – The Final Rose!
Instead of the bachelor taking the women to his hometown this time, the bachelor’s parents meet him in Paris. Travis’ family came to Paris to meet the final two women in Travis’ life – Sarah and Moana. Joining Travis’ parents were his brother-in-law, sister, and his nieces. Weren’t Travis’ nieces so adorable?
Sarah hit it off very well with Travis’ family – she was very well liked by all. Travis told Sarah his family “loved” her – not “liked” her – “loved” her! I didn’t have a doubt in my mind they wouldn’t like Sarah. She’s a very likeable lady – sweet, kind and honest. I think she’s a perfect fit for Travis, and the fact that they live a few blocks from each other makes it even better; I think I would call this one “destiny.”
During Travis and Moana’s alone time, Moana finally told Travis the truth that she wasn’t into it in the beginning. She also said she didn’t blame the girls in the house for feeling the way they did toward her (it’s about time). I wondered if she was going to tell Travis the truth by the end of the show. If she didn’t tell the truth it would have come out once he watched the entire show later.
I’m going to go off topic for a moment to discuss the Eiffel Tower. They show lots of shots of the Eiffel Tower, and I just can’t help noticing how beautiful it is at night – the way it sparkles is so stunning. One day I would like to visit Paris and see the tower up close; I’ll bet it is so peaceful. They also say Paris is the “city of love,” and I’ve always wondered. I guess if I ever really do get to see Paris it will be when my husband and I are old, and I can test the “city of love” legend to see if it makes our love seem like the beginning…hmm…I wonder.
Getting back on topic now… Travis’ step-mom showed up to take each of the girls (separately) shopping, and she also took them to Chopard to look at rings (would you believe both girls both picked the same ring). After choosing their ring it was off to getting all dolled up for the final meeting with Travis.
“I’m Shocked, really truly shocked!” Moana said when Travis told her he couldn’t choose her. To be honest, I was just as shocked as she was. Even though I was rooting for Sarah, I did think he was going to choose Moana over Sarah. Besides the connection him and Moana seemed to have, usually the ones I root for in all these reality shows don’t make it, but this is one time I can say the one I was rooting for did win. The prize Sarah won, she won the heart of what I believe is a wonderful man! To me Travis appeared to be a true gentleman.
Before telling Sarah she was the one, Travis, probably joking around, tried to lead Sarah to believe he chose Moan. His little cop out trick scared me too…I was starting to wonder if he was going to go back to Nashville without either girl. Needless to say, I was relieved when grinned and told Sarah she was the one. He didn’t purpose, but he gave her the ring to wear around her neck – he told her the ring would be a symbol of their connection. I have no objections against how Travis handled things, I agree with the way he done things. I think they should get to know each other better outside of the show before making a large commitment. We’ll just have to see where it goes from here, and I will do my very best to keep you updated.
