Fusion Yoga Classes are classes that combine yoga of any style with any other form of physical exercise. The combination is most often yoga and Pilates. Somtimes Tai Chi is also added.
By combining a yoga class with other forms of exercise, the student receives a cross-purpose work out. Adding Pilates to yoga provides a very strong ab and lower back work out, or a work out of the core muscles.
