Vinci is a fine Italian restaurant that is offering Valentine’s Day Specials from February 14 through February 18. Valentine’s special dinners include entrees such as Roast Tilapia cooked in parchment, Frilled Bass with fingerling potatoes, Roast Rack of Lamb with Pesto Crust and Grilled Beef Tenderloin with porcici flan. The special romantic menu also includes appetizers and delicious desserts. Entrees $20 to $25.
